Located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris (metro station 5, Porte de Pantin), the hotel is part of the "Cité Universelle", an obvious project and winner of the "Réinventer Paris II" award.

This 30,000 m² complex was designed as a symbol of universal accessibility, under the initial impetus of Ryadh Sallem, a high-level athlete, community activist, social and solidarity economy entrepreneur and Paris 2024 ambassador with the developer and builder GA Smart Building.

The 109-room, 4-star hotel will be part of the 4 hubs that have been developed (sports, co-working, health, well-being and hospitality) and will be open to all. All the rooms will be wheelchair-accessible, including a wheelchair-accessible section and a number of rooms for people in wheelchairs.

A 1,000 m² rooftop planted with trees will be open to residents of the neighbourhood and the wider Paris region, with agricultural produce to supply the inter-company restaurant, as well as the restaurant and grocery shop on the ground floor. Anchored in the environment of the Parc de la Villette, the building will benefit from a circular, ascending outdoor walkway. It will be the first new building to be awarded triple AAA certification under the LA accessibility label, issued by CERTIVEA.
