Suitcase Hospitality helped design this 3-star lifestyle hotel with 133 rooms. Served by tramway B, just 300 metres away and opposite Les Halles de Bacalan, the hotel is an ideal stopover for tourists and families, with connecting and family rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The hotel boasts a breakfast room extended by a terrace in a patio, an oasis inspired by the Landes, at the foot of rehabilitated silos. The hotel is part of an overall project comprising a 4-star hotel, a 200-bed youth hostel, 10,000 m² of office space (Whoorks), the 1800 m² Halles de Bacalan, including a brasserie, and a public car park with 400 secure spaces.
This new, trendy and “experiential” brand from Marriott International is aimed at millennials, with design and relaxed communal spaces in a playful spirit. Part of its roof will be covered with photovoltaic panels, producing energy for its own needs.
