Suitcase Hospitality, through its subsidiary Suitcase Hospitality Management, is responsible for the operational management of all its hotels, bars and restaurants. It oversees the day-to-day management of the hotels and optimises the overall performance of the portfolio entrusted to it in order to maximise daily customer satisfaction, e-reputation and profitability, thereby optimising returns on investments made.
