Site management includes the following tasks

  • Construction and coordination of all trades involved in the project, ensuring that deadlines, quality and site safety are met.
  • Carrying out the project in accordance with the contract documents and to the satisfaction of the end customers (both operational staff and guests), with due regard for safety.
  • Managing and monitoring the smooth running of the site on a day-to-day basis, right through to delivery and opening.
  • Budget control and invoice management
  • Assisting with acceptance, compiling (File for subsequent work on the structure, completed works file, etc., and closing the file)

FF&E and OS&E purchasing and coordination in the hotel include the following phases:

  • Awarding, negotiating and coordinating all FF&E and OS&E purchases, taking into account operating, maintenance, upkeep and sustainability constraints.
  • Managing FF&E and OS&E deliveries, receiving and checking goods on site
  • Monitoring invoicing, compiling the purchasing bible (analysing purchasing ratios, descriptive and technical sheets, minutes, etc.).
